INFO: Considered one of the best football players in Paraná state of all time, Miltinho was extremely technical and skillful. He executed precise passes and long balls, dribbled and infiltrated the penalty area with great ease, sometimes controlling the ball with headers, as if mocking his opponents, before letting it drop to shoot at goal.
Due to the difficulty in marking him, and the irreverence of his dribbling, he was relentlessly hunted on the field by his opponents. Despite his frail physique, however, he was never intimidated, not even in stadiums where security was precarious, and despite suffering from violence, he continued to display his dazzling technique and lead Coritiba to victories.
