BalancedINFO: Bronisław Makowski, nicknamed "dago," was a Wisła player, a midfielder who played during Wisła's golden years. He was the team's immediate reserve, a player with good passing skills and technical ability, who initiated plays, preferred short passes, and didn't score many goals.
He achieved his greatest successes as a Wisła Kraków player, although he also played for Cracovia and Warszawianka. He won the Polish championship with Wisła in 1927 and 1928. He played for the Polish national team in only one official match, against Latvia on July 5, 1931, which Poland won 5-0. Previously, in 1929, he played in a match against Austria, although this match is now considered unofficial.
