INFO: Otacílio Henrique do Amparo, better known as Ceci, was a Brazilian footballer who excelled at Portuguesa de Desportos in the 1950s.

He played in various positions, but at Portuguesa he stood out as a left-back. He also played as a defensive midfielder and center-back. He was known for being a demanding marker, firm in marking and with a solid defensive posture. Ceci also easily reached the attack. His attacking qualities were developed during his time as a midfielder for Villa Nova.

Champion of the Rio-São Paulo Tournament in 1952 and 1955, its most significant titles, Ceci contributed significantly to winning the "Blue Ribbon" in 1951, 1953, and 1954.
Since there were no international club competitions at that time, the newspaper "A Gazeta Esportiva," one of the most popular at the time, awarded Brazilian clubs that went at least 10 games undefeated on their international tours.
This award was called the "Blue Ribbon." Portuguesa de Desportos is the Brazilian club with the most Blue Ribbon wins.
In 1954, Ceci was among those selected to play in the 1954 World Cup. However, its name was not included in the final squad that traveled to Switzerland.
