Julio César Uribe is a former attacking midfielder and secondary striker. He spent most of his career at Sporting Cristal from 1975 to 1982, plus the 1988 and 1991 seasons, scoring 86 goals in at least 137 appearances. He had good seasons also at Cagliari, scoring 12 goals in 85 matches from 1982 to 1985. He played also for Atlético Junior, América de Cali, Club América and Independiente Medellín among other teams, retiring in 1994. He played for Peru 39 times for Peru, scoring 9 goals and taking part to the 1982 FIFA World Cup.
Regarded as one of the greatest ever Peruvian players, Uribe had an elegant playstyle and was gifted with outstanding technique and dribbling skills. He's considered as the first player to ever use the skill known as elástico. He was very fast and agile, capable of scoring impressive goals but was also an able passer and a free kick and penalty specialist. He could give the ball a very good curling, especially from dead ball situation. He was extremely accurate with both feet and could use the outside very well. He lacked of consistency throughout his entire career. That's the likely reason why he never played for bigger clubs.

When I made this set I didn't know the website Footballia. So I had to watch many videos on YouTube.
I'll watch some of those full matches and see if something needs to be changed.

I watched some matches and I saw him sometimes starting his runs from his team's field zone. He seemed not as fast as I rated him but just a little slower and he also seemed a player who easily fell down. His technique and dribbling were awesome but the speed of his dribbling seems a but lower. His passing ability in short space also was incredible. Heading seemed lightly overrated.

I'm thinking about making these changes and I'll wait for answers:

Mate this player was like Borghi his mentality prevent him from being a world class player, he should have max 70 in ment, and dribbling something like 91 or 92, tec sholuld be in 92 (if he where argentinian I am sure everybody would asign him that value), sta is fine in 81, Shot accuracy should be green, SPA like 87, Res in green too and curling like 87 he was a master in this aspect, SP could be lower maybe 83 but ST is fine in 84, He should have Pk taker too.

If I'm not wrong there was already a set for Uribe made by PSD before mine but I'm pretty sure it was quite different especially after all the suggestions here. However since you made us notice that post has been updated.. the set looks quite similar to ours here right now.

That's my point, the set looks almost the same as yours...and of course, they gave him +-1 update
