INFO:Tuilevuka is a former right-back. He spent his career at Labasa during the 1990s. He capped Fiji in numerous occasions, and was featured in the squad that won the 1991 South Pacific Games, and finished runners-up in the 1991 Pacific Minigames and 1992 Melanesian Games. Considered the best right-back in Fiji history, Tuilevuka was known mostly for his ability to quickly turn defence into attack, to the point that his skill to push forward was later compared to that of Brazilian legends such as Roberto Carlos, Cafu and Dani Alves. Tuilevuka could run down the flank and make smart one-two combinations with his teammates or attempt to score thanks to his powerful long range shots that he tried especially when he noticed that the goalkeeper was distracted. It wasn't easy to take the ball off him as he loved keeping possession. He was an offensive minded, flamboyant overlapping defender, although his running ability allowed him to go back to defence in time.
