INFO:Yang Song-guk is a former left winger. He spent his career at Kigwancha in the 1960s and 1970s. A member of North Korea national team from half 1960s to the late 1970s, he capped over 10 times, scoring at least 3 goals, taking part to the 1966 FIFA World Cup where he scored one goal against Portugal. Yang Song-guk was a good winger who contributed in creating good offensive situations. While his counterpart on the right side Han Bong-jin provided the other forwards with crosses, Yang Song-guk made a lot of fast movement down the side or wide or converging centrally, causing troubles especially to the Italian team. He possessed good ball control and solid dribbling, though he wasn't notably quick on the ball. Fairly accurate in the passing, he assisted once with a fast left-footed cross in the match against Portugal. He then scored with his right foot after cutting inside.
