INFO:Jaksa is a former centre forward and right-winger. His career started in 1960 at Al-Rabea. He then spent rest of his career at Al-Hilal Omdurman from 1963 to 1977, reportedly scoring 223 goals in 260 appearances. He capped for Sudan 52 times, scoring 27 goals and taking part to the African Cup of Nations in 1963 and 1970, winning the latter.
Regarded as the greatest player in Sudan's history, Jaksa is his national team top ever scorer. He had a tall and well-built physique, possessed a spectacular jump, and was known for his excellent skill, magic left foot, the ability to hit the ball accurately with every part of his body, and the talent in scoring and creating chances for his teammates. Many considered him as the African version of Pelé. He shone against teams like Bulgaria, Crvena Zvezda, Vasco da Gama, Vasas Budapest, Al-Ahly, Ismaily and Zamalek among others. To confirm his greatness, he was contacted by Boca Juniors, Bayern München, CSKA Sofia and Steaua București. He was very close to sign for the German team but his mother stopped him.
