INFO:Musisi was a centre-forward. His career started in his native country Uganda, playing for Pepsi FC. Only one year later, he transferred to giants SC Villa where he played from 1985 to 1992, scoring at least 138 goals. Noticed and signed by French Division 2 team Stade Rennais, Musisi became the first ever Ugandan to play in a professional European league. He scored 18 goals in 64 appearances between 1992 and 1994, though he scored most of them in the first year. He eventually had his most prolific period in Turkey between 1994 and 1999 regarding his time in Europe: he first played for Bursaspor from 1994 to January 1997, scoring 36 goals in 86 games; then he played for Çanakkale Dardanel until 1999, scoring 29 goals in 79 matches. He retired in 2005 following a second spell at SC Villa between 1999 and 2002, Đà Nẵng FC in Vietnam from 2002 to 2004, and Ggaba United back in Uganda in 2004-05. He represented his country from 1985 to 2000, earning 50 caps and scoring 35 goals, at last 3 from penalty. He passed away in December 2005 due to an illness.
Considered one of the best, and arguably the best, football export from Uganda, Musisi was nicknamed "Magic" for his skills on the ball and "Tyson" after the legendary boxer due to his physical power. In fact, Musisi was well built with a stocky physique. He was strong, had good balance, and possessed speed that made him difficult to dispossess. He was an orthodox striker who made scoring look easy, a natural finisher who made the best out of his physical presence. He was also a specialist from deadball situations and excellent in the air thanks to accurate heading and above average jump. Furthermore, he was a tireless workhorse with exceptional stamina that added to his pace, good dribbling skills and composure as he never lost his temper.
