INFO:
Julio César Uribe is a former attacking midfielder and secondary striker. He spent most of his career at Sporting Cristal from 1975 to 1982, plus the 1988 and 1991 seasons, scoring 86 goals in at least 137 appearances. He had good seasons also at Cagliari, scoring 12 goals in 85 matches from 1982 to 1985. He played also for Atlético Junior, América de Cali, Club América and Independiente Medellín among other teams, retiring in 1994. He played for Peru 39 times for Peru, scoring 9 goals and taking part to the 1982 FIFA World Cup.
Regarded as one of the greatest ever Peruvian players, Uribe had an elegant playstyle and was gifted with outstanding technique and dribbling skills. He's considered as the first player to ever use the skill known as elástico. He was very fast and agile, capable of scoring impressive goals but was also an able passer and a free kick and penalty specialist. He could give the ball a very good curling, especially from dead ball situation. He was extremely accurate with both feet and could use the outside very well. He lacked of consistency throughout his entire career. That's the likely reason why he never played for bigger clubs.

I would switch DS and DA.
He wasnt a wf to deserve orange values but his close control was great

He was selected as 3rd best player in América behind Zico and Maradona en 1981.
Some people said he should got a better position.

He probably was but if we look at his statistics with the teams where he played, we might say he didn't express himself at his full potential.

Yeah his ball control and dribbling were surely great!
However I don't know if he deserves more than 90 for both stats.
What does everyone else think?

I would add Mazing Run and Turning Skills to his CARDS.

Hazard have a kinda similar dribbling style to him.

By benchmarking, He wasn't inferior to Aimar regarding technique and he is in 92. But anyway nice work.

Aren't his shooting stats quite high compared to the amount of goals that he scored?
Also RES is too high IMO, I don't think he was better than Cubillas there..

I saw Cubillas set has 82 in STA while Uribe has 81.
About shooting stats at Cagliari he had around 0,16 scoring rate that indeed is a bit low.
So, what about 79 in both STA and SA and 83 in ST?

Did you watch an entire match of him?
In Footbalia there are like 7, you should look for them that would be more useful.
