Šmicer is a former side and attacking midfielder who could also play as secondary striker. His career started at Slavia Praha where he played from 1992 to 1996, making more than 100 appearances and scoring over 30 goals. He then transferred to Lens where he scoring 22 goals in 120 matches from 1996 to 1999. He eventually had his most successful time at Liverpool from 1999 to 2005, scoring 19 goals in 184 games and winning an FA Cup, two Football League Cups, a UEFA Cup and a UEFA Champions League. He retired in 2009 after spells at Bordeaux and Slavia Praha. He capped for Czech Republic 81 times (once as Czechoslovakia), scoring 27 goals.
An extremely talented offensive minded player, Šmicer was distinguished by his excellent ball control and dribbling skill that made him a constant threat in the attack. He could go past defenders with ease, taking advantage of solid speed and outstanding agility. He could also create numerous scoring chances with his accurate crosses as he provided more than 40 assists in his career. From a scoring standpoint, he wasn’t prolific but he possessed an accurate long range shot and a solid free kick ability. Even though he played mainly on the flank, he felt more comfortable when deployed in a central position. Unfortunately, his potential was wasted due to a lack of consistency and a series of injuries.

Is there any reason to include the 2005 season here? Apart from his goal against Milan, Smicer was mainly a reserve in that season and only played 16 matches for Liverpool. I'd rather suggest 1995-2003 as era for him: he played major role in Slavia's championship season in 1995-96 (28 matches with 9 goals), also in Lens championship season in 1997-98 and also showed his class at the 1996 EURO. In case you change era, CON could be 6 for Slavia and Lens. Tbh I'd rather choose SMF as prime position, not AMF. And what about speed stats? I don't remember him as that fast (especially not with the ball on his feet), not at Liverpool and even in his younger years (what we can see a bit in the video you added) and don't understand why you gave him those values there. If I compare him to Patrick Berger for example, I'd definitely say that Berger was faster than Smicer while Smicer on the other hand was better in technical things. Also RES should be in green (76/77 probably), he wasn't that responsive to get yellow value there.
Maybe JeanMarc or Milos have some suggestions for him as well (of course also the other members), this player was really missing here..
