INFO:
Okudera is a former side midfielder or winger, mostly on the left side. He played for Furukawa Electric from 1970 to 1977 and from 1986 to 1988, making 143 appearances and scoring 39 goals. He then became the first ever Japanese and Asian to play in Germany in 1977, joining Köln, playing 94 matches and scoring 21 goals in three seasons. After the 1980-81 season at Hertha BSC, he transferred to Werder Bremen, where he stayed for five seasons, scoring 12 times in 190 matches. He gained 32 caps for Japan and scored 9 times.
Okudera was distinguished for his playstyle made of fast breakthrough down the flank and powerful left-footed shots. He wasn't one of the most flamboyant players in the match and didn't have an outstanding class but he was reliable as whatever he did was done well. He always did everything he could, showing good dribbling and decent passing that earned him the nickname "Oriental computer".

Wrong picture (this one is from his time at Bremen), MEN in white, all shooting stats in yellow, STA in green.
I don't know who those stats should represent but obviously not Okudera :roll:

I watched some matches at Köln and I didn't see him very often in the play (maybe I didn't get exactly the meaning of Mentality value).
I gave him 83 in Shot Accuracy because he had a high scoring rate at both Furukawa Electric (0,3 %) and Köln (0,2 %).
Shot Technique is probably too high (I saw a goal from far but he was at Werder Bremen in that occasion).
About Stamina, I always saw him not so far from the opponents' field zone so I thought high Stamina wasn't necessary. However he ran for all the matches so I guess he deserves way more.
What do you suggest?
I updated him, hoping not to have made more mistakes:
Stamina 78 ---> 85
Shot Accuracy 83 ---> 82
Shot Technique 82 ---> 77
Mentality 72 ---> 84
