INFO:
Radice was a right winger or centre forward. He had his best time at Palermo, making around 100 appearances from 1929 to 1933 ─ one year in the third division, two in Serie B and the last in Serie A ─ scoring 64 goals. He's been the club's top scorer for decades before Miccoli surpassed him. He was sold to Catanzaro at the end of the not very successful 1932-33 Serie A season ─ only 5 goals scored. He played also for Monza, Lazio and retired in 1936.
Nicknamed "Viking" for his big physique, green eyes, blonde hair and red cheeks, Radice was an excellent header and his incredibly powerful right-footed shots injured several goalkeepers like Gianpiero Combi or Mario Gianni. His playstyle was very rough and due to the lack of technique, he was forced by his coach to train on his dribbling skills for hours. He was in charge of penalties, free kicks and corners − which he often took with the purpose to surprise the goalkeeper with powerful kicks. He was a good passer with either foot or head even though he usually passed the ball when he didn't have enough space to shoot. His imposing size allowed him to defend the ball easily and pass it even in difficult situations like when he was marked.

From some pics that I saw he looks taller than 180 cm. My guess would be 185cm/81kg. But it would be good if someone had correct values.
SP raise to high orange values, or even 95. In every article I read his shot is pointed out as too powerful and that was his best asset. Also, I read that he was really strong which is not reflected in this set. Also, technical attributes can be lowered a bit, it's pointed out that he was really bad technically. And RES seems to low, it's not logical for this kind of striker to have so low RES. STA should be lower, he seems like static player. I haven't read anywhere that he played WF, but if you are it's ok. Anyway, these would be my suggestions:

Height: 185 cm (approx.)
Weight: 81 kg (approx.)

Balance: 87
Stamina: 74
Top Speed: 72
Acceleration: 75
Response: 85
Dribble Accuracy: 70
Short Pass Accuracy: 69
Short Pass Speed: 70
Long Pass Accuracy: 67
Long Pass Speed: 71
Shot Accuracy: 83
Shot Power: 95

Consistency: 5
Growth type: Standard

CARDS:

P16 - Fox in the Box

SPECIAL ABILITIES: Scoring - Post Player

I read somewhere about WF position but it seemed strange even to me and only read it in one single article so I take it off. By the way I preferred giving him 94 in SP and I also decreased AGI from 74 to 73. Thanks for the suggestions!

Maybe He was like Riva or CR7 and for example use Benzama to fight with defenders.

I think that who wrote the article I read just added winger for no reason. I believe he was only a centre forward.

Updated. He was actually mainly a winger! Apparently, he simply didn't make much movement. He even decided to pass the ball when he couldn't shoot it and he was Palermo's piece taker. He's really one of the weirdest ever old-school wingers.
