INFO:
Colla was a right back who spent most of his career at Foggia: 351 matches and 5 goals from 1969 to 1979. He's the second player with most appearances in the history of Foggia. He played also for Novara and retired in 1985 after six seasons in lower leagues.
Colla was a rough defender who marked tightly his opponents, often committing fouls. He had decent speed when he pushed forward, mostly to support the strikers whenever they weren't effective but sometimes also to shoot. One of his few goals was a powerful shot from around 40 metres in a 1-0 win against Atalanta on 8th January 1978. He seemed to have troubles at stopping skilled attackers who always dribbled him easily.

I'd reduce AGI to white here to replicate this. Also if he participated in his teams offensive movements and went forward, then he should have at least have a low 70s values in AGG (otherwise in the older games he just will stay in his own half) and probably a bit higher value for ATT as well.
Btw, something I noticed in your recent updates: I get the sense of having harsher standards for Serie B/C players but stats like BB and AGG should be rated on regular level. I already explained AGG above and considering BB: If a player is 185+ cm/ 85+ kg and described as strong (just as an example), then his strength will always be similar, no matter in what league the player played.
