INFO:Corna was a left winger who played for Pro Vercelli from 1909 to 1921, scoring 43 goals in 115 matches. He capped 8 times for Italy between 1911 and 1915. He formed a strong couple of strikers with his teammate and great friend Carlo Rampini on the left flank.
Corna was a short but tough player, who sometimes used even violence to get rid of his opponents. He was extremely fast and dangerous on counter-attacks. He was a prolific winger but also an able assist-man. He frequently exchanged short passes with inside left Carlo Rampini or delivered accurate crosses and was in charge of corner kicks. Thanks to his quickness and aggression, he could easily get inside the box to shoot on target ─ occasionally knocking down the goalkeeper in the process.
