INFO:Dionisio Arce is a former Paraguayan striker who played for many Italian clubs but couldn't settle anywhere due to his controversial behaviour. He had excellent ball control and very explosive start, powerful shot and wild will which led to many controversy including kicking the referee with the ball. He was actually versatile and complete striker with good heading and dribbling. He began his career at home with the Sportsman Luqueño, also debuting in their National, which in 1949 made a hat-trick against Chile. At home he was loved so much so that fans bucarono the tires of the bus that was taking him to Asuncion to take the plane and stop him from leaving for Italy. In December 1949, the championship started, it was bought by Lazio. He made his debut in Biancocelesti February 12, 1950 in race won 4-0 against Padova.
