I was always under the impression that he was faster.
Anyway, I suggest these upgrades:

AGI - at least 83, his moves wasn't that stiff and he mostly dribbled by simply changing the direction or moving the ball away quickly, and was good at that (Double Touch could be good addition too)
SPA - maybe 77, higher than SPS, he was able to connect his teammates with goal well via short passes
STA - is this a bit low, he was very mobile along the right flank, even often cut inside and went back regularly, I propose 85
