Well back in the 2012-2013 season the team was a real mess, after let go Zlatan, Thiago Silva and many legends like Seedorf, Gattuso, Nesta and Inzaghi.
The team only keep some players many of them were coming from a nice season like Boateng or Nocerino, but at the next one they simple vanish all his talent.
Robinho was a ghost from what hes were in 2011, Pato spend more time in the hospital that in Milanello training, the uncoming players were shitty transfers, like Bojan, Niang or Acerbi.
The only one who take some kind of responsability of the situation was El Shaarawy at least until January of 2013, after that allegri have the idea that Balotelli need to be comfortable so he change the role beetwen him and Mario, big mistake, there is were his fall begin.

Btw about the set, here are some suggestions.
WF to SS as mainly position, since El Shaa wasn't a pure winger, he do roles of some kind of CF, mainly of his goals are trademark of any CF, like score in front of GK with a cross from Abate, of a deep pass from Montolivo, even Pazzini help alot to him to do this task (and Pazzo is a CF)
1-on-1 Finish should be added, he was not Ronaldo Nazario is this aspect, but he doesn't have any trouble to score in front of any GK.

Here we can notice how he was focus to start the pre-season, and that are what make the results that season.

After a lot of months without scoring, I think this set deserves an update. STA down to 85 SA could stay on 83-84, but SP on green zone, ST around 81/82 MEN down in white TMW down to 80

Yes... but this set is made for the 2013 season, season in which he made a name himself in Milan... BTW i agree with lower TW & MENT though...

Actually El Shaarawy was great only in the first half of 2012-13 season, when Balotelli went to Milan and played in place of Pazzini, il Faraone had to change his playing style.

In the fact that made a blooper created him a set in Stats Practice , i want to suggested the upload of the RES , all the people that follow the season of milan in 2012-2013 knows that the most of his goals where made from behind the defenders or by a cross pass from abate montolivo emanuelson or from his Forward partner on turn , mayne the downgroad of his TW because he no help so much in defense order , His ACC and TS maybe get hight because everyboy knows that was his strongs points , also the TEC gets up to 87-88 ( i definete he like a pipo inzaghi with technique and speed for that season , is a shame that milan gets all the weigh to him to gets up the level of the bad squaf of that season , make him get injury for at least one year and a half)
