Edhem Sljivo was a Bosnian midfielder. He played for Sarajevo ten years, from 1968. yo 1978. Then he moved to belgian Liege, when he spent 3 years, after which he played a season for Nice and Koln. He ended career in Liege, when he was last 4 years.
He was durable midfielder, with fantastic last pass, great feints and technique and teammate understanding. He was running a lot and covered large part of the field. He finished career due to traffic accident, where he broke both of his legs, was fighting for life for a month, but, hopefully, survived.
He played 12 games for national team, including 1982 World Cup.
