The young Christian Abbiati ousted in his first ever season in Serie A and for Milan, Germany's national goalkeeper Jens Lehmann and Milan goalkeeper legand Sebastiano Rossi.
He was also capted for for the EURO 2000 tournament after Gigi Buffon's injury ,even without ever have played for his country (back than goalie of Italy's U21).
But he had to wait other 3 years for his first match in the national jersey.

His BB seems overrated, and I'm not sure he was 92 kg at this age...

In my sources (album Calciatori Panini) in 1999 he was 92kg.
