Olivella during 1957-1960 was also a CB, well at least that appeared to be his Line-Up position

In the 3-2-5 formation used in those years, there was no SB position as we know it now. What they used to call right or left backs were in reality centre backs playing in the right or left side, as the CB playing in the middle was the centre half.
These "side backs" were offensively as conservative as nowadays CBs, they main purpose was to defend so they didn't take any risk at all on the attacks.
