He wasn't an injury-prone player in those years...

Kinda hard to rate, because 2008-2009 his injury tolerance could be B, but the next years should be C, he was a player too fragile in all his career although the injuries came later.
In my opinion both options are ok, B and C

His injuries problems begins in 2011 , before he always play every season well , if any ask probes just see Highlights of Milan Matches of the season 2010-2011 in official youtube channel. Suggested B In IT.

Alexandre PATO 2006-2007 = viewtopic.php?f=102&t=7989&p=20010#p20010Name: Alexandre Rodrigues da SilvaNickname: '' Pato'' (Duck) Country: BrazilClub: SC InternacionalPosition: * CF, SSSide: RF/BSAge: 17-18 years (02/09/1989) Height: 180 cmWeight: 72 kgAttack: 85Defence: 34Balance: 78Stamina: 82Top Speed: 88Acceleration: 94Response: 84Agility: 92Dribble Accuracy: 85Dribble Speed: 91Short Pass Accuracy: 72Short Pass Speed: 71Long Pass Accuracy: 74Long Pass Speed: 70Shot Accuracy: 84Shot Power: 86Shot Technique: 86Free Kick Accuracy: 74Curling: 79Header: 80Jump: 84Technique: 89Aggression: 90Mentality: 70Keeper Skills: 50Teamwork: 69Injury Tolerance: BCondition/Fitness: 5Weak Foot Accuracy: 6Weak Foot Frequency: 6Consistency: 6Growth type: Early/LastingCARDS:S01 - 1-Touch Play S05 - Speed Merchant S11 - Flicking Skills S12 - Scissors Skills P05 - Mazing Run P12 - Goal Poacher P13 - Dummy Runner SPECIAL ABILITIES: Dribbling - Tactical Dribbling - Scoring - 1-Touch Pass - Reaction - Centre Attack/Defence Awareness Card: Attack MindedINFO: When he was finally called up to Abel Braga's team, he made his debut as a starter on November 26, 2006 against Palmeiras in the Antártica Park for the Brazilian Championship of 2006, Pato scored his first professional goal with just one minute play, when tabbing with Fernandão, and touching the exit of the goalkeeper. The rest of the game gave assists for two more goals and headed a ball on the crossbar. The player participated in the Internationals' 4-1 defeat at the opponent's stadium and only played until the thirteen minutes of the second half when he left with ankle pain and cramps. In their second match, on December 13, 2006, in the FIFA Club World Cup semi-final, Pato broke a record that was Pele's almost fifty years ago. By opening Internacional 2-1 Al-Ahly's squad, Pato has become the youngest player to score goals in an official FIFA competition for all time. At that moment, Duck was seventeen and one hundred and two days old. The previous record was Pelé, who on June 19, 1958, scoring the only goal of Brazil 1-0 Wales, was seventeen years and two hundred and thirty-nine days. In the second half of the game, he staged one of the most outstanding throws of the World Cup when he lifted the ball with his heel, and did three dribbles with the ball on his shoulder at the bottom line. Then he left again with cramp, and gave way to Luiz Adriano, who scored the winning goal. In the next game, on December 17, in a 1-0 victory over Barcelona, Pato did not score but became FIFA Club World Cup champion for Internacional.
