Ilie Balaci was a Romanian footballer who played as midfielder. He was player with fantastic technique, very fast and good control when dribbling, very agile, good passing ability, good heading and dead ball specialist ( he scored 3 times direct from corner kick ). But he wasn't good condition because many injury. He retired from his playing career in 1988 and started working as coach.
