He scored about 1 goal per season during the period

You are absolutely right, with the exception of the 78/79 season with 3 goals, which is not very high either. I did the set by watching the matches and videos mentioned in the spoiler. For me, the attacking values of wingers or midfielders are not only made up of the goals scored, but also by the presence in the box or the ability getting in good shooting position. Same thing for shot abilities. On the videos, he is often on the attack and quite present in the box. Players with a similar profile, but in my opinion stronger overall, like Tony Morley or Steve Coppell have greater or equal values in attack and shooting abilities.

Taking into account your remark, I think I can reduce the attack capacity to 79 and shooting capacity to 77, the rest without change, due to a good center capacity.

Take care

Fine "old-fashioned" winger. "Had so much talent he could have, should have been another George Best. He absolutely destroyed Chopper Harris v Chelsea for Middlesboro, nutmegging him three times in one game. Terry Cochrane inevitably failed to live up to the early hype, but did make a telling contribution to Northern Ireland's footballing history..."

Fast, tricky ball control. Quick and skillful, he enjoyed tormenting opponents, but his temperament was often called into question.
I think his MEN can go much lower, maybe even <75, while DA definitely to 82 at least. He had that step over ball and scissors skills, he was indeed a good crosser of the ball.

To be fair, my values for his ATT is at 78 and SA 76, some of the other values are almost identical. Maybe only BAL to 76.

But still, the dribbling, shooting and crossing abilities would reflect him well with all of these values.
