I can't see any reason why he should have 90 in RES, the only midfielders that should have that high a value are either super intense, efficient ball winners in midfield (like Matthäus, Makélélé, Keane or Rijkaard) or guys that basically reacted like a striker in the box and scored tonnes of goals (Lampard, Zico for example). Now I've never watched this guy play, but from the rest of the stats and the fact you gave him Classic No.10 card, I imagine he probably deserves like low yellows at the maximum, more likely high greens like other slower playmaker CMFs such as Netzer, Giresse and Xavi.
