I know Cardenas make the biggest goal in RC history but he wasn't a pure CF, maybe Milito should be instead of him.

Enrique García played only as WF, a left winger that could switch side to cut inside in order to score Robben style, often considered to be one of the greatest, if not the greatest argentine left winger ever, you could list him as left corner taker too, it was the normal stuff back then, same as Corbatta taking the right corner.

That can be true but its difficult try to decide beetwen the two, take in count that Milito won the league title in two occasions (and won that with Racing its say so much ) in 2001 after 35 years and in 2014 after 13, but Cardenas has his own titles and key goals, like i've said is difficult, lets wait to another member opinnion so we can reach an agreement. @El Capo Done it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's Francisco Olazar, not Fernando. https://www.racingclub.com.ar/idolos/francisco-olazar/

Yeah, it's Francisco. Btw i will complete some players from this team like: *Ezra Sued *Arnaldo Balay *Llamil Simes *Vladislao Cap *Enrique Garcia *Lisandro Lopez (Will be good if anyone has his set for his days in OL) @Artemds can you please post your set of Agustin Cejas, seems pretty accurate.

What do you think about adding Juan Carlos Rulli, Nestor Fabbri, Juan Jose Rodriguez, Jaime Martinoli and Miguel Angel Mori to reserves.

José Della Torre, Fernando Paternoster and Armando Reyes are all legends of Racing.
They are the beginning and part of the traditional formation of defenders of the "Academia".

The first team looks good overall, but I see very few midfielders. And much like I noticed in Newell's Old Boys, Rossonero didn't put much effort in the reserves section. I propose this update without changing much in the first team. My version has four CB, two SB per side, enough DMF/CMF/AMF, two WF per side and two CF. This way, the team has starters and substitutes. I tried to include more players from the 1930s but Racing Club had a lot of key players in previous and following years.

I don't think that this team needs four SBs, especially when it means that a striker like Ochoa ends up in reserves instead. Martín, Olarticoechea and Diaz should be well enough for SBs, after all you also have Squeo as backup option for the RB position.

This team needs a small update in my opinion (nothing to do with today's win). I suggest the following changes: Ubaldo Fillol as a reserve goalkeeper over Osvaldo Negri and Rubén Paz to the first team over Norberto Méndez. Fillol is usually regarded as Racing's best goalkeeper ever after Agustín Cejas, and while his short tenure might keep him away from the first team, his four years at Racing Club were just as important -or more- as Negri's six-year career at Racing: Fillol was the captain and arguably the most important player of Racing's historical 1988 Supercopa Libertadores team, one of Racing Club's only four (since today ) international titles ever. The same applies to Rubén Paz who is often mentioned as one of Racing Club's best players ever and has just about the same amount of games, goals, and titles as Méndez (who only played 3 games in Racing's 1951 Primera División win). Also, the team is missing, at least on reserves, José Della Torre, Rubén Capria, Miguel Colombatti and Norberto Raffo. Finally, I would suggest changing the team's XI to the following: GK CEJAS CB PERFUMO CB DELLACHA RB MARTÍN LB DÍAZ DMF OLÁZAR CMF GUTIÉRREZ AMF MASCHIO RWF CORBATTA LWF CÁRDENAS CF OHACOCaptains: Francisco Olázar | Oscar Martín | Agustín Cejas Short Free Kick: Humberto Maschio Long Free Kick: Humberto Maschio Free Kick 2: Omar Corbatta Left Corner: Humberto Maschio | Juan Carlos Cárdenas Right Corner: Omar Corbatta | Humberto Maschio Penalty: Omar Corbatta Players to go up on free kicks and corners: Roberto Perfumo, Pedro Dellacha

Who should leave the team to make space for these players? I would argue that Della Torre should replace either González or Pillud in the reserves; Capria for Mesías, and Colombatti either for Alberto Jorge or J. García in the midfield. I don't know who Raffo can replace, but you can opt to replace both Jorge and García and add another forward to the team.
