I suggest you to use the center command only once by selecting everything you want centered. Otherwise you can do it separately for each line but the important thing is that the picture link is exactly between img and /img.

Try to find a picture of a coach and input it. Also, you should link all players that are existing on the forum. Linked ones, should be written in bold.

Just a little advice: don't take the "twelve players for each position" thing too seriously. It's a choice I personally make but it's not a rule to have a specific number of players in the reserves of a club all stars team, except maybe for the maximum of four goalkeepers. We are applying such rule only for the national teams. Therefore, feel free to add more players if you believe they truly deserve a spot or you can have less than twelve instead of adding players only to increase the number (which I do only for very recent teams or ones that had a short successful history). This of course goes for any other team if you'll decide to create more.
