The investors and owners wanted to be professional, based on the English model. Professionalism was not yet approved at the time by the Football Association, and the board chose therefore to remain an amateur. The owners of the official name and the Tawny Owl Stadium still refused entry to the stadium. With a young team, and named L'Antwerp, played one 1928/29 as the season. The home games were finished in the neighboring areas of Beerschot AC and Berchem Sport. Yet did in 1929 to catch up. Antwerp with this team his first national title in With Beerschot Antwerp was finished in first place. A test event in the field of Racing Mechelen had to decide on the title; Antwerp won 2-0. The Parties within the club reconciled again, and they started playing again as Royal Antwerp FC in their own Bosuil Stadium. Antwerp in 1930 could almost extend his title, but stranded as second on a tip of RCS Brugeois champion. The following year, in 1930/31, however, it was hit again, and took his second national title in Antwerp. The following year they again stranded in second just one point, this time champion and compatriot Lier Serbian province SK. There was disagreement between the players and the board. The following season the team failed to tie in with the strong performance of the previous season, and was a modal average performer. After a 7-1 loss at Standard Liège Club, several pro-Molnar players of intentionally playing poorly charged and suspended by the board. They left the club, and founded Boys Antwerp, where other former and active Antwerp Players go pulled. The new club joined the Flemish Association, an association with the Belgian FA competitive.
