INFO:

Hajduk legend Zlatko Vujović was one of the fastest player in the world in his time, he played for 10 years in Hajduk jersey and captained the club. His twin brother Zoran is also club legend. Zlatko was player who was extremly dangerous on wide area when he usually would over-run his oponents and create scoring oportunities, although Zlatko himself wasn't calm in finishing, but instead very fighting spirit and running till the last second made him the crowd's favourite. He established his reputation by playing for Hajduk 10 years. During this period he was champion of Yugoslavia in 1979 and winner of the Cup of Marshal Tito in 1984 , the best season in Hajduk's jersey was recorded in 1984/85. when in 34 games scored 25 goals. After leaving Split Zlatko changed clubs in France, but in all of them was standard player and successful. In Bordeaux in 1987. he won the French championship and Cup. For a long time held the record in the number of extracted penalties. The most important characteristic in his game was his speed and fanatical fighting spirit. For the Yugoslav national team Zlatko played in over 70 matches, competing at the Olympics 1980 in Moscow, and at 2 World Cups in Spain 1982 and in Italy 1990 and one European Championship in France 1984. He made his debut against Cyprus in Nicosia first April 1979. and his last match for NT in successful career was on 14th November 1990. in Copenhagen. Today Zlatko Vujović is a Hajduk coach together with Goran Vučević.
