A sawtooth career capable of making beautiful matches and saves but also some blunts. Very skillful on his line, he also knows how to get out, take risks and while gaining in safety he remains one of the most spectacular goalkeepers thanks to his astonishing reflexes, his sharp eye and parades reminiscent of those who have been called the flying guardians. Migeon would launch attacks with his long hand throws. Very fast, with quick reaction and high reflex. Very spectacular goalkeeper but not very reliable long term.
Passed through Saint-Étienne from 1969 to 1972 then a year in Toulon before leaving for another year in Saint-Étienne then in 1974 headed to OM until 1981. French champion in 1969 and 1970 with Saint-Étienne and French Cup champion in 1976 with Marseille.
