INFO:
Luis Miguel Rodríguez is an Argentine footballer who plays as a center-forward, second-striker, or advanced midfielder. Born in Simoca, Tucumán (01/01/1985), Pulga -as he is known-, started his football career in 2004, playing for Racing de Córdoba. It wasn't until 2007 that he would arrive at the biggest team in the Argentinian north, Atlético Tucumán, at that time playing in the third division. With them, Rodríguez won the Federal A, and a year later, got them promoted to the Primera División by also winning the 2nd division title. After scoring 35 goals in 90 games for Atlético Tucumán, Rodríguez decided to try his luck and went on loan to Newell's Old Boys, where he would have a decent start of the season, but after losing protagonism, he decided to return to Atlético Tucumán for a second spell, that would last from 2010 to 2017. During his time with Atlético, he scored 130 goals in 325 games, becoming the 2nd highest top goalscorer in Tucumán's history.

In 2018, at the age of 34, Rodríguez signed with Colón de Santa Fe to play Copa Sudamericana. In the Santa Fe club, he also made history, leading them to their first international final in 2019, and two years later, in 2021, to their first professional title, being the tournament's MVP. Rodríguez captained the club for four years, in which he scored 38 goals in 101 games. One of the most beloved players of the last years, Rodríguez was never an athlete nor a traditional center forward. Due to his lack of athletic prowess, he excelled at controlling the game's tempo with precisely timed passes and an amazing long shot. He would sometimes spend most of the game without touching the ball once but could win games with just one hit. In his almost 20 years career, Rodríguez has amassed himself as Atlético Tucumán's biggest idol, and Colón de Santa Fe's greatest player ever.
