Lê Công Vinh was born 10 December 1985, in Nghe An, Vietnam. He was part of the Vietnam national team from 2004 to 2016 as their major forward. Considered one of the greatest players in Vietnamese football's history, Công Vinh achieved the highest scores of all time in the Vietnam national team, and received three Vietnam Golden Ball Awards (2004, 2006, 2007).

''Cong Vinh is a speed-oriented striker. Vinh's strength is the ability to accelerate over short and medium distances thanks to good stretching power. He is one of Vietnam's fastest players of his generation. Cong Vinh also has strong and powerful kicks, and also has good aerial combat skills, although he is only 1m72 tall. Totally agree with the description you posted, however when we put it in to the scale of South East asia, some stats can not go higher as you suggested. For example: comparing to Kiatisuk of Thailand, the one that is still considered one of the greatest striker of mordern SE Asia football (Thai team dominated the area from 90s to 2000s), SA, ST and TEC of Cong Vinh is already there, for DA and DS, he changed his playing style from a winger to more a striker later, and did less dribbling later, hardly saw him dribble past any defender, even when he played on the wing, his goals mostly based on his positioning and response. For ACC, at the beginning I was quite confused between TS and ACC which of him should be higher, but maybe you are right. For his position he played both wingers and strikers for clubs and national teams depending on tactics of the coach (4-4-2 was more popular during his time and he usually played one of the 2 strikers; 2012 campaign was failed due to many problems, not only about his position) You can check some videos as Interista93 suggested
