He played as a forward for Sportclub (Sofia) from 1932 to 1936, and in 1935 won the Bulgarian championship with Moravs. From 1937 to 1944, he played for AS'23, and in the 1938/39 season, he became the top scorer in the National Football Division with 15 goals in 15 matches. In the 1939/40 season, he made 18 appearances and scored 8 goals. [3] In the Sofia Championship, he played 47 matches and scored 20 goals. From 1944 to 1946, he played for Chavdar, then for Levski from 1947 to 1949 and Slavia (then Stroitel) from 1950 to 1953. He played little for the Whites after 1950 due to a serious injury. He was Bulgarian champion in 1935 with Sportklub and in 1947 and 1949 with Levski; he won the cup in 1941 with AS'23, in 1949 with Levski, and in 1952 with Slavia; he was runner-up in 1948 with Levski and in 1950 with Slavia. He was top scorer in 1939 with 15 goals for AS'23.
He made his debut for the Bulgarian national team on October 20, 1935, against Germany (2:4). On November 7, 1937, Bulgaria earned its first point in the World Cup qualifying round, drawing 1:1 with World Cup runner-up Czechoslovakia at our stadium. Georgi Pachedzhiev scored the Bulgarian goal. He played 10 matches and scored 2 goals for the A team and 2 for the B team between 1935 and 1950. With Levski, he played 37 league matches and scored 13 goals, 9 cup matches and scored 4 goals, and 12 international matches and scored 2 goals.
