Sotirovski was born in the village of El Tetovo, Estýnia, on October 16, 1908. He had three brothers in 1913. They left for Belgrade for a year. There they opened veneers and never returned to the village. One of the brothers visited the village and brought Kuzman a ball he had bought in Bucharest, and it was the first time he played in the village of Stanche. He played football for Belgrade Sports Club (BSK), which won the Yugoslav Championship four times (1923–1941). He was the top scorer in the First League in 1927, with seven goals. According to current knowledge, he is the first athlete who is part of the state of present-day Macedonia, having played for the Yugoslavian national team (1928–1931). He played five times for Yugoslavia and scored two goals in the 3:1 (3:0) Yugoslavia–Romania match in Belgrade on May 6, 1928. He was the first participant and first Yugoslavian athlete to compete in the 1928 Amsterdam Olympic Games. After the 2:1 defeat to Portugal, Yugoslavia was eliminated from other competitions.
