Nacer Chadli is a Belgian winger and attacking midfielder of Moroccan origin, known for his attacking versatility, refined technique and good physical build, who has built a solid career both with European clubs and with the Belgian national team. He rose to prominence at FC Twente, where he established himself as one of the team's main attacking players between 2010 and 2013, playing as a left winger, right winger and sometimes as a playmaker. At the Dutch club, Chadli demonstrated quality in short dribbling, good mid/close-range shooting and intelligence in movements without the ball, being an important player in title campaigns and European competitions.

His performances led him to Tottenham in the Premier League, where his abilities reached its peak and he enjoyed good moments and was a regular starter for a few seasons. While playing for Spurs, he stood out for his physical strength combined with his technique and dribbling capabilities (which increased considerably due to the demands of a more competitive championship as the Premier League), with him being able to both break through defenses on the flank and appear as a finisher in plays through the center.

For the Belgian national team, Chadli was part of the talented generation that led the country to 3rd place at the 2018 World Cup in Russia. He was a sort of 12th player, coming on almost every time, maintaining the team's technical level and fulfilling important tactical roles both on the wings and in midfield. He even scored a goal in the competition, in the comeback against Japan, already in the added time, which qualified Belgium for the quarter-finals. In short, Nacer Chadli was a complete attacking player, with good technique, physical strength, versatility and the ability to decide matches, both at club level and wearing the Belgium shirt.
