INFO:
Kiatisuk is a former centre forward. He played for several clubs in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam from 1991 to 2006, scoring 251 goals in 328 matches (some sources report 352 in 362). In 1999 he was about to be sign for Middlesbrough but he ultimately joined Huddersfield Town. Unfortunately, he played only for the reserve team in a season and a half but it was still a valuable experience. In fact, he was included in the 2000 AFC Asian All Stars team. He gained 134 caps for Thailand and scored 71 goals (some sources report different numbers).
Nicknamed "Zico" in honour of his idol, Kiatisuk was an incredibly prolific scorer. He didn't look fast, although he possessed good technique and dribbling skills. He was a typical fox in the box who most of the times waited for the ball while looking for free space inside the penalty area. He eventually hit the ball with a accurate header despite his lack of height. He could use either foot well, delivering terrific shots with great power whenever he had the chance. According to many, his most memorable goal is the golden goal he scored with Thailand at the 1998 Asian Games quarter-final against South Korea.
