Rizna played as an attacking midfielder whose dribbles and ball control were breathtaking. With that, he delivered accurate passes and provided many assists. Also, he possessed great goalscoring instinct and good shot. Thing that prevent him to became international star was beer. And the reason he didn't hide that he likes to drink. Fans liked him because of his amazing talent and because he often drank with them, but coaches and management didn't. His career in Red Star was cut short because of the banner "Cheers Rizna" during Eternal Derby. He found his luck at Crete, where he performed excellent, but the drinking problem stayed. Bajević wanted him in Olympiacos, but bosses asked him to guarantee that Rizna would behave as a model both on and off the pitch. Of course that he couldn't guarantee that.
Once he was called up to play one game for international all stars in Russia. Urban legend says that he got drunk, fell asleep and didn't get on the plane. In his words, there was a misunderstanding with someone from the travel agency and he was late for the plane. But he never denied or confirmed whether he was drunk.
Of course, because of his bohemian lifestyle, he was never fully prepared for the game, he played all the games mostly relying on his natural skill.

And for the last one on the list we stay in the Balkans. Zoran Riznic is an absolute legend in Serbian football. He played for Red Star Belgrade in the 90’s and didn’t really make it a secret that he loved drinking. He gained such a reputation for himself that before the Belgrade derby against Partizan the fans of Red Star held up a banner saying “Cheers Rizna”. After showing up at practice drunk again Riznic was fired from Red Star and continued his career in Greece. A year ago the living legend gave an interview to Mozzart Sport in which he said he didn’t regret anything: “I have never hidden anything in my life, because when I decide to go out an relax a little, no one can stop me. I’m not like the 90% of the athletes who like to drink and it’s a public secret, cause they do it secretly. It doesn’t matter what players do in their spare time, the only thing that matters is what they do on the field, that’s my theory. Because of that I had a decent relationship with the Red Star supporters who saw that I performed, let’s say not good, but solid.”

I have met a lot of players in my life that didn't have great careers because of their weak character or bad habits. Riznić was one of them. Incredibly talented. He used to spend night at the pub drinking and then tomorrow at training he perform some moves and leave us speechless. Once, I found him at pub, drank as...you know what. And I ask him politely "Rizna, what do you need this for?" and he turns to me and says "C'mon boss, sit and have one". "And what could I do, I ordered scotch. "
