Osama Hussain is a former right back or centre back. He spent his entire career at Al-Arabi, making at least 152 appearances from 1987 to 2002, scoring 12 goals. He capped for Kuwait in 93 occasions, scoring 6 times. He was team captain for both Al-Arabi and Kuwait national team.
Hussain was a good defender, distinguished for combativeness and mentality. Active in both defence and attack, he had a remarkable physique and ball distribution.
