Fowler is a former centre forward. His career started at Liverpool where he spent the majority of it, playing from 1993 to 2001 and in the 2006-07 season, making 369 appearances and scoring 183 goals. He also played for Leeds United, Manchester City, Cardiff City, Blackburn Rovers, in Australia for North Queensland Fury and Perth Glory, and in Thailand for Muangthong United. He retired in 2012. He capped for England 26 times, scoring 7 goals.
One of the best strikers in the world in the 1990s, Fowler was the typical goal poacher, distinguished by quick reaction, outstanding opportunism, excellent positional sense, eye for goal and ball control, solid dribbling skill, pace and agility. A natural left-footed who was comfortable with the right too, he possessed an accurate, sometimes powerful shot from both inside and outside the area. He had a lovely touch of the ball and his shooting skill was so good that he could score in acrobacy with ease. Moreover, he didn't use to waste time before shooting, doing so from any possible spot. Most of the times, the ball was on target or came close to hit the corner. Fowler was also a good free kick taker. Despite lacking of notable strength and height, he was a good header. While he was a prolific scorer, he showed creativity in linking up with his teammates and laying off the ball to other forwards, knowing exactly when to pass the ball and run into space. He would occasionally help in his own half from time to time. Unfortunately, Fowler was injury prone throughout his entire career, which resulted in his peak ending quite early before the end of the 1990s.

Don't mean to spam all your threads but isn't this quite underrated? He might have been the best striker in England at his (unfortunately short) peak, and one of Liverpool's best strikers of all time. 83 AGG is strangely low for someone that was a predator in the penalty area, he could probably get orange values there, and I'd give him at least 90 ATT too, and maybe even orange RES. His ST was fantastic, he really could score from any angle and his volleys were excellent, I'd even give him high orange there, 93 maybe. I also think he was faster than this, especially over short distances, I think he could get 78 or 79 TS and 82 or 83 ACC.

On the other hand, MEN seems pretty high for someone that wasn't exactly a model professional on and off the pitch, I don't think he even deserves yellow values there.

You're welcome! By the way I think too he is a bit underrated but I didn't want to make him too strong because of his age and mostly because after he left Liverpool his career went down fast. However I raised ATT, RES and AGG to 90, ST to 92, TS to 79, ACC to 82 and decreased MEN to 75.

He is even better.
