INFO:

Toni Savevski is a former AEK and Macedonian legend, considered one of the best players from that country and one of the best foreigners to ever play in Greece. Savevski was a creative midfielder usually playing on the left or in central positions. Despite being mostly focused on creative tasks he had a good balance of technical and physical, attacking and defending. He had good stamina and strength that allowed him to win the ball back and since he usually supported his teammates from deeper positions, he was often in positions to tackle the opponents. He had a great left foot and could put in great curling crosses that were difficult to defend against. He was also a good set piece taker and could deliver dangerous passes from corners and free kicks or go for goal himself. While he wasn't the fastest player so wasn't a particularly dangerous dribbler, he was good in tight spaces and at keeping the ball with his close control. In 13 years in Athens he made almost 500 appearances and was one of the most iconic players of all time at the club, winning 4 league titles. He was also part of the legendary Vardar team of the late 80s that won the league title before later having it be awarded to Partizan.
