INFO:Ilya Vladimirovich Tsymbalar (born 17 June 1969 in Odessa, Ukrainian SSR) is a former Ukrainian and association footballer who played midfielder and coach. In 1992 he played three matches for the national team of Ukraine. For the Russian team had 28 matches and scored 4 goals.
