Palladini is a former central, side and defensive midfielder. One of the biggest legends of Pescara, he had two spells there, from 1992 to 1998 and from 2000 to 2004, playing 344 matches and scoring 52. He's considered a legend also for Sambenedettese, where he played at the beginning and the end of his career from 1989 to 1992 and from 2007 to 2009. He played also for Vicenza and Giulianova.
Palladini was a strong and fighting midfielder. He was gifted with good speed, which was helpful during counter-attacks, and a fine crossing ability. He possessed good technique and a very powerful shot that made him score many goals, especially from long range, with his right foot and sometimes the outside. In his early years, he often came in as substitute, giving the best in such occasions.
