Miccoli is a former secondary striker or winger, capable of playing also as centre forward and attacking midfielder. His career began in 1996 at Casarano. He signed for Ternana in 1998, playing 135 matches in four seasons, scoring 35 goals. He then scored 16 goals in 42 games for Perugia in 2002-03, 10 in 39 for Juventus in 2003-04, 12 in 39 for Fiorentina in 2004-05. His seasons at Juventus and Fiorentina were quite overwhelming but he had two better years at Benfica, where he scored 19 times in 56 matches. He eventually had his best time at Palermo, making 179 appearances from 2007 to 2013, scoring 81 goals and becoming the club's top ever scorer. He retired in 2016 after experiences at Lecce and Maltese team Birkirkara. He gained 10 caps for Italy, scoring twice.
One of the most technical Italian strikers during the 2010s, Miccoli was gifted with excellent and quick dribbling as well as superb ball control. He possessed great agility and speed on long distance thanks to which he could counter-attack and make runs down the side before eventually surge towards the center with his side movements. His short bursts of speed though were particularly effective and allowed him to make sudden movements behind the defenders in order to receive the ball and beat the goalkeeper in 1-on-1 situation, sometimes dribbling him. Also a great passer, he provided numerous assists especially during his time at Palermo with accurate short balls or curled crosses. His shots had both power and accuracy but he was notably dangerous when he delivered thunderous long range shots or volleys from difficult positions. He was a dead-ball specialist and scored many penalties and free kicks, usually shooting the ball over the barrier and giving it great curling. He even scored once from direct corner kick for Italy against Portugal.

30 years old Miccoli only 64 kg , less than 20 yo Messi , no way , more like 70 minimum . In your experience if you increase weight how much do you increase the agility or speed , jumping ? like 1 point per 2 kg ?

Palermo's website lists his weight at 73kg. It's possible that he got some weight throughout the years. I can update his weight in the second set.
