Attack / Defence Awareness Card: BalancedINFOS:Nuno Ricardo de Oliveira Ribeiro was an excellent midfielder who played for Porto during their successful years in the beginning of the 2000's. He received his nickname after Danish forward Michael Manniche who played for Benfica in the 80's. Maniche was a team player, playing mostly in the center midfielder position and was known for his stamina and extremely powerful shots which were a real nightmare for goalkeepers. He scored some amazing goals both for the club and national team. He also was known for his passing ability, especially on long distances which he used to connect with forwards. He was active in both ways, covering the large area of the pitch. He was very important part of the Portuguese NT in every competition he participated. Overall, he played in 52 games for Portugal, scoring 7 goals.
