Here are my suggestions for him:

ATT 85 - on par with McCarthy
BAL 82 - he could endure physical challenges from more powerful players when keeping the ball (look at goal against PAO)
STA 82 - he was very mobile and covered a lot, but I think 85 is too much
Swap TS and ACC, from what I've seen he was that kind of players. I've seen over a dozen games of him, and I didn't see some extraordinary long distance runs.
DA 82 - he was pretty good at close control, a lot of times he just trick the opponent and shot immediately
DS should be lower IMO, 86 is too high for him
SPA, SPS - raise to high whites, he had some assists and pretty good cut back passes that weren't converted to goals
ST 85 - could shoot from difficult positions and scored some nice overhead goals
CUR can be raised few more points
HEA - raise by point or two, he was dangerous in air and scored good amount of headers
JUM 85 - formidable opponent in air even for a taller defenders
TEC 83 - very good at ball trapping, even with the defender on his back, could easily create a space to shoot with one touch
AGG - raise by two or three points, 85 is too low, he used to create a position with his back to the goal, but also a lot of times ran forward in open space to get the ball
WFF 6 - used his weaker foot often, but not with much success
