INFOS:

Ismet was a side back of the strong Velež side in the 80's who mostly played on the left side but could cover on the right too. He wasn't technically gifted player but rather relied on pure physical way of playing with a lot of physical challenges and fighting on the field. He joined the attack regularly, especially during corners where his good aerial play was pretty useful. Although he wasn't much of a dribbler, he used to go forward with the ball to win some space and try to deliver a cross. He was feared across all former Yugoslavia for his uncompromising way of play, which also led to some injuries of his opponents. Fun fact about him: on the plate on his door was written - Ismet Šišić, professional footballer.
