Bryn Gunn was an English player who spent the most of his career with Nottingham Forest and winning some silverware with the club. Although he was mostly reserve player during the period of the club's greatest successes, he managed to play in the 1980 European Cup final. From 1980 to 1983, he was regular in the first team. He could cover both side back positions and also center back. He was better in defensive tasks, as he was tough with good interventions and aerial play. While attacking he wouldn't complicate, he'd pass the ball to more creative player or he'd just kick it forward. His crosses weren't often too dangerous but he was able to deliver a good one from time to time. He wasn't much of a technical player.
