INFOS:Osvaldo Escudero was Boca's right winger in 1981. He played for some notable argentine clubs like Chacarita Juniors, Unión de Santa Fe, Independiente, Rosario Central or Racing Club. He was part of the Argentina Under-20 team that won the 1979 FIFA World Youth Championship in Japan with the likes of Maradona or Ramón Diaz.
He was a quick, tricky and fast winger, not really a goalscorer (75 goals in 434 games in carrer, as he said himself he sometimes lacked the calm and the killer instinct once facing the GK). He also lacked strenght but compensated that with his pace, agility and intelligence on the pitch. He stayed only one year in Boca but is still remembered as one of the main characters in the 81 Metropolitano campain. There he played 57 games and scored 10 goals.
