INFO:

Oliver Reck is former German keeper and Werder legend. In the Bundesliga, he played for Kickers Offenbach, Werder Bremen and FC Schalke 04 From 1983 to 2003, he collected as a goalkeeper total of 471 games and scored one goal (a penalty) against St. Pauli. His career began stretching in the season 1983/84 in the Bundesliga at the Kickers from Offenbach. On 20 Round, 4 February 1984, he made his league debut against 1 FC Cologne. At the 2-0 victory he was the goalkeeper in the starting lineup. From then on he became starting goalkeeper. In summer of 1985 he moved to Werder Bremen. He was in the beginning a substitute for Dieter Burdenski. In the summer of 1987 he pushed the 15-year-older Burdenski and eventually won the trust of Werder coach Otto Rehhagel. On 1 August 1987 the goalkeeper then made his league debut for the North German side in the away match against Hanover 96. By 1998, the Bremen goalkeeper, with the exception of the 1995-96 season, always played 30 or more games for the club. In that time, they won the DFB Cup in 1991 and 1994, the German Championship in 1988 and 1993 and the European Cup Winners' Cup 1992. In the summer of 1998 he moved to league rivals FC Schalke 04. Here, he had to wait until 16 Match day before he could make his league debut for the Royal Blues. By 2002 he was a regular goalkeeper in Gelsenkirchen. With the commitment of Frank Rost was 2002/03 brought his successor at Schalke. Reck played two more league games. His last 17 November 2002 against VfL Bochum. As in Bremen, he celebrated with Schalke in 2001 and 2002 the German Cup victory. Reck held also the second-fewest goals (22) record in a Bundesliga season in the 1988 championship year (only Oliver Kahn conceded in the 2007-08 season less) and also on almost the same level (173 games) as Oliver Kahn (197 games) in most "clean sheets" in Bundesliga history. In 1988 he took part with the German Olympic team in the Olympic Games in Seoul, but there was not used. In the national team he played in 1996 once (the 9-1 win against Liechtenstein) and in the same year with the German national football European Championship in England. Later he worked as a coach and club official in Schalke.

He was considered a very solid keeper, borderline fringe candidate for the national team.
However, he was also known for quite frequent lapses. Back in the day, he had the nickname "Pannen-Oli" (which can loosley be translated into "Accident-Oliver" or something like that) since he was known for random big lapses that would lead to slapstick goals.

Anyway, in order to replicate this, I set his Consistency value to 3, 4 would probably work, too.
