INFO:Storgato was a centre back but started as right back at Atalanta in 1979. He then played for Juventus and Cesena before joining Hellas Verona, where he had a good season in 1983-84, playing 41 matches and scoring 4 goals. He played less the following year at Lazio with 27 games. He then transferred to Udinese, playing there from 1985 to 1987 and from 1988 to 1990 for a total of 121 appearances and 6 goals. He played also for Avellino, Alessandria and Pro Vercelli among others. He retired in 1998.
Storgato was a decent defender with a good physique. His main task was marking the assigned opponent but wasn't free from committing some mistakes. He advanced forward when he had the chance but he mostly did so during free kicks and corners to cause troubles in the opposing box. In fact, he possessed a very good heading ability and an impressive leap.
