Jaime Magalhães is one of the FC Porto all time greats. He was born in Porto and as he said - blue and white blood is running through his veins. He played at club for 15 years and won many trophies, most notably international treble in 1987. He played mostly as side midfielder or a winger with good technique but wasn't too fast as today's wingers. What he lacked in pace, he made up in skill. He provided excellent crosses, mostly for Fernando Gomes who would convert it in goals. He helped his defense, but he wasn't so combative as some of his teammates. He played for Portuguese NT in 20 games.
